HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

OUT OF STATE: PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 DAYS FOR PROCESSING AND 5-7 DAYS FOR SHIPPING. 

LOCAL PICKUPS: ORDERS ARE USUALLY READY IN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP ALONG WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SCHEDULE A TIME AND DATE.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN YOU COME TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER.

I ACCIDENTLY CHOSE LOCAL PICK-UP BUT I WOULD LIKE MY ORDER SHIPPED. 

PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO GROUNDEDPLANTS@GMAIL.COM AND WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE OF $12 TO COVER THE SHIPPING COST. ONCE THAT INVOICE IS FULFILLED WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER OFF TO YOU.

 

I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE ON THE SPECIFIED DATE AS SEEN ON YOUR TRACKING, PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 DAYS AS IT MAY ARRIVE THE FOLLOWING DAY. IF YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER SEND US AN EMAIL AT GROUNDEDPLANTS@GMAIL.COM.

WE ARE AN EXTREMELY SMALL TEAM AND VALUE OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE MORE THAN ANYTHING. ALTHOUGH, WE DO SET OUR INVENTORY AT A HIGH NUMBER WE DO RECEIVE A HIGH INFLUX OF ORDERS WHEN WE RESTOCK. BECAUSE OF THIS WE DO NOTIFY THOSE WHO ARE SUBSCRIBED TO OUR NEWSLETTER AHEAD OF TIME WITH THE TIME OF OUR RESTOCK AS WELL AS ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA. WE SUGGEST BEING ON OUR SITE AT THE TIME SPECIFIED AS PRODUCTS DO SELL OUT FAST. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES THIS MAY CAUSE.

UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS SO PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT PRODUCTS. 

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND MY PLANT AND/OR PLANTER WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE IS AT THE TOP OF OUR LIST AT GROUNDED. WE HAVE RESEARCHED EXTENSIVELY ON THE BEST WAYS TO SHIP PLANTS THROUGH THE MAIL. WE UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT US DELIVERING ORDERS OURSELVES SOMETIMES THE MAIL WORKERS ARE NOT AS GENTLE AS THEY SHOULD BE. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT PLEASE SEND A EMAIL TO GROUNDEDPLANTS@GMAIL.COM WITH PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGES.
