How long will it take to receive my order?
Out of state: please allow 3-5 days for processing and 7-10 for shipping.
Winter shipping delays: We do ask that you please bear with us as we may hold orders for 2-6 business days if the weather in your region dips below 30 degrees. Our number one priority is to ensure your new addition arrives as healthy to you as it is when it leaves our facility. We want to add life into your spaces and nothing less.
Local pickups: orders are processed in 2-5 business days. When your order is ready you will receive an email with instructions on scheduling.
I entered the wrong information during checkout?
If you entered the wrong information during checkout, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can edit in our system. If your order has already been shipped you may be subject to a redelivery charge.
I would like to return my item.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on items so please be sure that you select the correct product(s) before purchasing. If your order is damaged upon arrival please see below.
My item arrived damaged. What should i do?
With our mission to bring life to your homes, if your plants arrive damaged upon arrival please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship you out a new plant.
Please be sure to send us an email (email@example.com) with photos verifying the damages so that we can get your new plant to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately if you do not provide photo proof of your damaged items we will not be able to proceed with a replacement.
Please do not discard of the damaged item as you may be contacted by our shipping provider for further review.
I accidentally selected local-pick up but i would like my order shipped:
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an invoice for shipping. Once your invoice is fulfilled, we will ship your order off to you.

Local pickup instructions:
Please read the instructions carefully as indicated in the description box and select a time to pick up your order via https://calendly.com/groundedplants/groundedpickup. When you arrive please ring the buzzer at the top of the stairs under the name ‘grounded’, and we will bring your order out to you. Please remember to bring your order confirmation when you arrive.
Local pick-ups are available Monday-Thursday from 12pm- 5pm.
